Screen Stars was first manufactured by Fruit of the Loom in 1980 for the “imprint” market and went on to become the screen printing industry’s choice blank throughout the decade. In the late 1980s the label read “Screen Stars Best” which was an exclusive extension of the Fruit of the Loom corporation.
